Introduction
One of the most important aspects of buying online is the secure delivery of your purchases. We understand this all too well and thus the reason why we have entered into partnerships with the best in the business.
Domestic Shipping Options
- SA Post Office (Counter to Counter): a very affordable means of delivery. Your package will be sent from our closest post office, and delivered to your closest post office be the SA Post office using the "Counter to Counter" service. This implies that you will have to collect the parcel at your post office when it arrives there. Delivery times vary from 3 days to 10 days.
- Courier Delivery: your package will be sent using a domestic courier service. Delivery is usually next day in main centers, and within 3 days anywhere in the country.
- Pretoria & Johannesburg ONLY Delivery: In an effort to reduce shipping costs for you (our valued customer), we offer a discounted courier delivery charge for Johannesburg and Pretoria. This is a next day service, which means that if your parcel is ready and dispatched today, it will be delivered tomorrow.
- Collect from Online Stuff in Centurion (or Own Courier): This option allows the customer to personally collect the parcel from the Online Stuff premises in Centurion (Pretoria), or if the customer wants to use his own courier service. You will be notified of the exact address as soon as your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping Options
- SA Post Office (Airmail): your package will be dispatched by SA Post Office to your international destination using Airmail. Delivery in 10 to 20 days, depending on your local postal service.
Important
- We will not dispatch any products or materials deemed hazerdous or illegal.
- We can only send to countries allowed by SA Post Office.
- You will be responsible for any additional fees, and taxes in your own country.
- Some items may incur an oversize charge. You will be responsible for any oversize charges.
Christmas Season Deliveries
Its important to order your goods as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment during this mad rush period. We will endeavour to deliver your products before Christmas, but there are a lot of factors outside of our control that influence successful delivery. The following guide should be followed:
- In stock items dispatched on the 21st of December should be delivered on or before the 24th of December. Any order after this date will not delivery in time.
- Items on backorder should be ordered on or before the 15th of December in order for us to attempt to deliver before December 25th. We cannot guarantee that our suppliers have stock avaialble, so delivery is not guaranteed.
