Cancellations and Returns Policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the order is placed. Changes made to orders after the order is placed is at the total discretion of Online Stuff. 

Software, games or any content related media is not returnable or refundable. This includes pre-owned software, games and media.

If We find that there is indeed a case for a return such as where a product is unopened, still sealed and damaged, such items must be returned to Us within 7 days for your account.

All products must be returned with the original packaging. Products should be posted in appropriate protective packaging. We advise that on any return you obtain a certificate of posting and retain this for your records and that you take out sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the returned products.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you We may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Our policy on damaged and faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.
